Overview
The goal was to create a compelling visual output that encouraged users to reflect on their day, document what they’re grateful for, and feel proud to share it, blending introspection with creative expression.
Role
I focused on the creating a new visual direction for a future feature called Journaling—an in-app experience centered around gratitude reflections.
Feature Breakdown and New Design
My work involved designing dynamic visualizations inspired by scrapbooks, Polaroids, and mood boards to help users engage with their reflections in a more tangible and shareable way. While I wasn’t involved in the UX strategy, I led visual exploration and iteration to ensure the final designs felt expressive, emotionally resonant, and optimized for social sharing.
